- Users may request the Company to correct, add, or delete (hereinafter referred to as "Correction, etc.") their personal information held by the Company if the information is inaccurate, following the procedures prescribed by the Company.
- If the Company receives a request from a User under the preceding paragraph and determines that it is necessary to comply with the request, the Company shall make the Correction, etc. of the personal information without delay.
- The Company shall notify the User without delay when Correction, etc. has been made or when a decision has been made not to make Correction, etc.
Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information)
- If requested by the individual to suspend use or delete personal information (hereinafter referred to as "Suspension of Use, etc.") on the grounds that the information is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or was obtained through improper means, the Company shall conduct a necessary investigation without delay.
- If, based on the results of the investigation, it is determined necessary to comply with the request, the Company shall promptly carry out the Suspension of Use, etc. of the personal information.
- The Company shall notify the User without delay when Suspension of Use, etc. has been carried out or when a decision has been made not to carry out Suspension of Use, etc.
- Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if Suspension of Use, etc. would require significant expense or is otherwise difficult to carry out, the Company may take alternative measures necessary to protect the User's rights and interests.
Article 9 (Changes to Privacy Policy)
- The content of this Policy may be changed without notice to Users, except for matters otherwise provided by law or in this Policy.
- Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the revised Privacy Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
