Profile

After graduating high school, entered the ramen industry and became the youngest store manager at 21, managing multiple locations as area manager. Later registered on Lancers with "I'll do anything for ¥1" and transitioned to the IT industry. Joined GiGOOO as a PM, playing a central role in organizational improvement and business development, eventually becoming vice president.

In October 2024, borrowed ¥80M to acquire shares and became CEO through M&A. Within 2 years, built ¥700M in revenue, a 100-engineer organization, and achieved 15%+ operating margin.

Driving rapid SES business growth through "transparency management" — an experience-hire-only recruitment strategy with full disclosure of project rates and engineer compensation. Also provides 1-on-1 consulting for SES business owners.
